There are a few thing to keep in mind when ordering your hors d’ oeuvres: 1.)Is this a meal accompaniment or a meal substitution? 2.)What time of day is your catering event? 3.)Buffet Style or passed? 4.)Formal or informal? 5.)length of the catering event? 6.)heavy eaters?(you know your guests better than us) These questions will help a catering company take you in the right direction.
